1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and pklucl ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the pklucl website located at https://pklucl.com, including all gaming products, account services, promotional offers, customer support facilities, and any other services made available by pklucl (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using any part of the pklucl platform — including browsing the website, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or contacting customer support — you acknowledge that you have read these Terms, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. These Terms apply continuously from the moment of first access and remain in effect for the entire duration of your use of the Services.

pklucl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date shown at the top of this document. Continued use of the platform after any such change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you disagree with any revision, your only recourse is to discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

1.1 Governing Language

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any conflict between an English version and any translated version of these Terms, the English version shall take precedence and be the authoritative text.

1.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect without the severed provision.

1.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the pklucl Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus-specific terms communicated to you at the time of an offer, constitute the entire agreement between you and pklucl with respect to the subject matter herein. They supersede all prior communications, representations, agreements, or understandings — whether written or oral — relating to your use of the platform.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

To be eligible to register and use the pklucl platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuous basis throughout your use of the Services:

1. You are at least 18 years of age. Players under 18 are strictly prohibited from using pklucl in any capacity.
2. You are accessing the platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person or as a representative of any commercial entity.
3. You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling or the specific services offered by pklucl are prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law.
4. You are not a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pklucl or any of its affiliated service providers, game suppliers, or payment processors.
5. You have not previously had an account on pklucl that was closed, suspended, or terminated for violating these Terms.
6. You are acting in good faith for the purposes of personal entertainment only, and not for any commercial, fraudulent, or money-laundering purpose.

pklucl reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any player at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation when requested will result in the suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed. If it is determined that a player was under 18 at the time of account registration, the account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned after deducting any amounts already wagered, in accordance with applicable regulations.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pklucl Services, including placing wagers, making deposits, and claiming bonuses, you must register a player account. Registration is free of charge. By completing the registration process, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms and represent that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, current, and complete.

3.1 Registration Requirements

During registration, you will be required to provide the following information:

• A valid, unique username that does not impersonate another person or entity
• A valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number
• A secure password of your choosing
• Your date of birth (for mandatory age verification)
• Confirmation that you are 18 years of age or older
• Agreement to these Terms & Conditions

3.2 One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to maintain one (1) active account on pklucl at any given time. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details, mobile numbers, or device identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Any duplicate accounts detected will be suspended and merged, and any bonus funds or winnings accrued across duplicate accounts may be voided at pklucl's sole discretion.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. pklucl will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify pklucl immediately by contacting [email protected].

3.4 Account Information Updates

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. In particular, changes to your registered mobile number must be notified to pklucl promptly, as this number is used for account verification and payment processing via bKash and Nagad.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pklucl are conducted exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). pklucl does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency. There are no currency conversion fees applied to player accounts; the amount you deposit in BDT is the amount credited to your pklucl balance.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

pklucl currently accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• The minimum single deposit is ৳200 via mobile money methods and ৳500 via bank transfer.
• Deposits are credited to your pklucl BDT balance immediately upon successful confirmation from the payment provider.
• pklucl does not charge any deposit processing fee. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your provider before initiating a deposit.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account registered in the same name as your pklucl account. This is a mandatory anti-money-laundering control.
• Before your first withdrawal, you may be required to complete identity verification (KYC). pklucl will notify you of any documentation required.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to standard processing times as listed in the table above. pklucl is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied before a withdrawal can be processed from a bonus balance. Real-money balance withdrawals are not subject to bonus conditions.
• pklucl reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawal amounts above certain thresholds, as part of our standard AML procedures.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

pklucl may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, tournament prizes, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All such offers are subject to these general Terms and to any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is presented.

5.1 General Bonus Rules

1. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. pklucl determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn.
3. Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. The applicable multiplier will be stated in each offer's specific terms.
4. Bonuses and bonus winnings are forfeited if the associated wagering requirements are not met within the specified validity period.
5. Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in a specific promotion.
6. pklucl reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or manipulation.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

The following activities constitute bonus abuse and will result in immediate voiding of the relevant bonus, forfeiture of any associated winnings, and potentially permanent account closure:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once
• Using third-party funds or payment accounts to make qualifying deposits
• Systematically placing low-risk, low-variance wagers designed exclusively to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay intent
• Coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements through matched or reciprocal betting

5.3 Seasonal & Cricket Promotions

pklucl regularly offers promotions tied to major cricket events including the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals. Promotional terms for these event-specific offers will be communicated on the platform and via registered contact details. Seasonal offers tied to events such as Eid, Pohela Boishakh, and Victory Day may also be made available to eligible players.

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the pklucl platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, responsible, and respectful manner at all times. The following obligations apply to all registered players without exception.

6.1 Your Obligations

• Provide truthful, accurate, and complete information during registration and throughout your use of the platform.
• Maintain the security and confidentiality of your account credentials at all times.
• Use the platform for lawful, personal entertainment purposes only.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction relating to online gaming.
• Notify pklucl promptly if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
• Use responsible gaming tools if you find that gaming is no longer purely recreational for you.

6.2 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pklucl platform:

1. Fraud & Deception: Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, using fraudulent payment methods, or engaging in any form of deception to gain an unfair advantage.
2. Collusion: Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, especially in live dealer or competitive formats.
3. Exploitation of Errors: Taking advantage of technical errors, software bugs, or incorrect odds settings that are clearly the result of a malfunction rather than intended gameplay.
4. Money Laundering: Using the pklucl platform as a vehicle for laundering proceeds of criminal activity. pklucl cooperates with relevant authorities and will report suspicious financial activity as required by applicable law.
5. Automated Play: Using bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
6. Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain access to pklucl's systems, databases, or backend infrastructure through hacking, reverse engineering, or any other technical means.
7. Abusive Behaviour: Using threatening, harassing, discriminatory, or abusive language toward pklucl staff or other players via any communication channel.

pklucl reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation of this section and to take appropriate action, including immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7 Game Rules & Fair Play

pklucl offers a wide range of gaming products including cricket betting, live casino games (baccarat, roulette, blackjack, Dragon Tiger), slots, Megaways titles, and Fortune Dragon games. Each product category is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface or via the FAQ section of the platform.

7.1 Certified RNG

All slot, virtual, and RNG-based table games available on pklucl are supplied by licensed third-party providers — including Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe — whose game engines use certified Random Number Generators. These RNGs are regularly audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure statistical fairness. pklucl does not alter or influence the outcome of any game.

7.2 Live Casino Games

7.3 Cricket Betting

Cricket betting markets on pklucl cover BPL, IPL, ICC T20 World Cup, ODI series, and Bangladesh Tigers internationals. Odds are set and updated in real time. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB). In the event of a match abandonment, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes returned unless specific partial-result rules apply, which will be stated in the bet's terms at time of placement.

7.4 Technical Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, game failure, or communication error during active gameplay, pklucl reserves the right to void the affected round or wager and return the stake to the player's account. pklucl will not honour any payout that results from a clear technical error, including incorrectly displayed odds, game loading failures, or server disconnections.

8 Account Suspension & Closure

pklucl reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that any of the following circumstances apply.

8.1 Grounds for Suspension or Closure

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information
• Confirmed or suspected age verification failure
• Evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or cheating
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within the required timeframe
• Suspicious financial transactions that may indicate money laundering or fraud
• Player request for self-exclusion under our Responsible Gaming policy
• Legal requirement or instruction from a competent authority

8.2 Effect of Closure

Upon account closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (excluding bonus funds and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification. Processing of final balance returns may take up to 10 business days from the date of closure confirmation.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

You may request the voluntary closure of your pklucl account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before your account is closed, all pending withdrawal requests will be processed and any outstanding bonus wagering requirements will lapse. 8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. pklucl will notify the registered contact details associated with a dormant account prior to applying any dormancy administration fee. Details of applicable dormancy fees and the process for reactivating a dormant account will be communicated directly to the account holder.

8.5 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pklucl shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the platform. This includes, without limitation, loss of data, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or any other loss resulting from a technical failure, account suspension, or change to the platform's services. pklucl's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
